Need gas installed at home? Tell Fuleva what you need. The work is assessed, you receive one quotation from Fuleva, and nothing goes ahead unless you accept it.
One request, one quotation, one place for support
Every installation is different, so Fuleva doesn’t sell installation off the shelf. Each request is assessed on its own, and the work, the price and what’s included are set out in your quotation before you decide.
An installation is a one-off job. It doesn’t set up a delivery plan, and gas delivery is arranged separately.

Where the job needs it, an appropriate installation provider assesses it first.
One quotation, from Fuleva
You receive a single quotation from Fuleva. Nothing goes ahead unless you accept it.
Pay Fuleva
Successful payment authorises the installation. You pay Fuleva, not the installer.
Installed and documented
The provider does the work, and the completion and compliance documents that apply are recorded.

- You pay Fuleva, not the installer, and only after you accept.
Who does the work
Fuleva doesn’t do installation work itself. Each installation is carried out by an installation provider appropriately qualified and registered for the work, as South African law, regulation and standards require. Fuleva’s delivery partners don’t install gas unless they are qualified and registered to do so.
Gas installation needs a qualified provider, so Fuleva doesn’t publish do-it-yourself installation instructions.
Completion and compliance
When the work is done, the completion and compliance documents that apply to your installation are recorded before the job is marked complete. You deal with Fuleva throughout, so if something isn’t right, you raise it with Fuleva.

Are you a qualified installation provider?
Fuleva works with installation providers appropriately qualified and registered for gas installation work. No partner is accepted automatically.
